
With two kids under the age of 10, I am constantly trying to think of ways to make their plates look interesting and appetizing! Children are drawn to bright colors. Lucky for us parents, bright colored fruits and vegetables are not only delicious but nutritious! Challenge your child to think of meal ideas incorporating as many brightly colored fruits and vegetables as possible! I am a big fan of the site

This is a great idea. I am always looking for ways to get my 5 and 7 year old involved in meal planning. They seem to be much more excited about dinner when they help! this is a fun after school activity! Thanks for sharing.
